COVID-19 Policy:
The Sea Hawkers Banquet is an event that will be held in an enclosed space. We will follow all State and local guidelines and requirements for events of this size and location.

Cancelation/Refund Policy:
If the event is cancelled all banquet tickets will be refunded. Drawing tickets will only be refunded if we are unable to go through with the drawings.
If you are no longer able to attend you may transfer your tickets to someone else. Email vp-entertainment@seahawkers.org with the name of the person who purchased the tickets and the name, email & phone number of who the ticket will be transfered to.
Privacy Policy:
The information collected from this form will be used for the express purpose of the Sea Hawkers Annual Banquet and will not be shared outisde of the Sea Hawkers organization or used for any other purpose.
